We were invited along to Tim & Katie’s family holiday, in the beautiful Italian island of Sardinia, up near Porto Torres. Still some of the most welcoming people, tastiest food, and jaw dropping beaches that I have ever seen. We stayed in Tim’s ‘mansarda’ (Italian for attic!), and his Uncle Alberto & Auntie Connie were in the section of the house below. They cooked the most amazing Italian food for us, including tiramisu, and some fried rice balls with melting cheese in the middle, yum!! And the shooting stars at night were insane. I definitely intend on returning to this paradise island.
