We arrive at the Yankee trademark hotel in the Berkshires. It looks absolutely lovely, and I am pleased to see there are two huge separate beds as well. As we are both ill and snoring a bit, sometimes it just makes sense to have a separate sleeping place.
We had such a lovely evening, eating at the highly recommended panda house Chinese restaurant. We had gyoza, steamed vegetable dumplings, fried crispy honey chicken, and pineapple rice. We could only manage half of it so boxed up the rest to have for lunch tomorrow. We then went down to the lake to look at the stars, but then I started to get worried about crocs as SO dark … turns out black bear are more the dangerous animal around this area!
