Our final day greets us with grey and wet skies, so we decide to go to a (free- even the transport is free as a tourist! Makes up for the incredibly expensive food and drink in Geneva) museum/ exhibition for global innovation by CERN. We watched some videos on particle physics and how the Large Hadron collider (LHC) works, and a few demonstrations of the science behind it. Really cool!
Then we start, what we are blissfully unaware of, an exceedingly long journey home with plane delays from the storms of the day. Plus side, we get some snow and it feels like being in a snow globe!
We get home about half past midnight, to a very vocal Mr Figs, and look forward to tomorrow, where we shall be meeting the Yeends at the MK sci fi museum, to hopefully geek out on Ludo from the labyrinth, and eat some pho.
