We happened across a beautiful big church from 1776 with basilica design called St Vincent, and it was very dark and impressive inside. Huge vaulted ceilings and lots of ornate religious shrines. There were some kids playing volleyball out the front on the plaza, which was very joyful to see.
We spotted a leaflet that showed they have a guitar festival on there at the moment and on Thursday they have an hour long concert which we might well go to. I imagine it would be very atmospheric.

We got back to the flat around about 8.40pm and Linds made us a delicious sauce to go with our fresh pasta. One packet was Stilton and pear and the other packet was a rich beef. Lindsay did mushrooms and spinach sauce with it. Delish!
We decided to settle into the apartment for the night and watch the Spain versus France World Cup game. The atmosphere on the balcony is really electric every time Spain score, we can hear roars and cheering, alongside horns and general celebrations.
